Q. What is a designer sample sale?
A. A special event, which gives sample hunters the opportunity to purchase top UK and international designer garments and accessories at up to 80% off the recommended retail prices. These sales allow you to get your hands on samples, catwalk, current / end of season stock or one off pieces. We guarantee all items sold are 100% authentic.
Q. How often do you run the designer sample sales?
A. We run the sample sales between 4-6 times a year. Once you have registered with Sample Hunters you will receive regular updates on all our up and coming events.
Q. Do you have different items at every sale?
A. Yes. Our inventory is constantly changing for each sale moving with the ever changing market so you will have new offers and choices every-time you attend one of our sales. We work closely with our designers, fashion houses and distributors from around the country to ensure that we bring to you a wide variety of designer products at affordable prices.
Q. Where do you run the designer sample sales?
A. We run the sample sales all around London using some of London’s most iconic locations such as the Truman Brewery in East London.
Q. Can anyone come to a designer sample sale?
A. Yes, anyone is welcome. We recommend that you register on our website to receive up to date details on future events.
Q. Is there an entrance charge?
A. Yes, there is a charge of £1.00 to enter the sale.
Q. Do you carry sample sizes only?
A. No, we carry the newest and latest designer clothing in all sizes.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. Due to the nature of the sales and the discounted prices we offer – we do not have a returns policy available.
Q. Which methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash and credit cards. There will be a small charge of £2.00 per credit card transaction. We do not accept American express cards or cheques.
Q. Do you have changing rooms to try on the clothing?
A. Yes, we have separate changing rooms for both men and women.
Q. Is the merchandise priced so I know what I am paying before I buy?
A. Yes, all our items are priced with the original RRP and the new discounted price. This means you can see first-hand what discount you are receiving.
